Our supplier, Illinois American Water Company, has a break in the water main that supplies Bond Madison Water Company. Due to this break all of Bond Madison Water Company rural/residential customers are on a boil water order until further notice. The boil water should only last 24 hours, but we will notify you when it is lifted. This boil water order does not affect the villages or other water districts that we serve at this time, these villages are currently utilizing their storage tanks and alternative water sources to avoid the boil order. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
