Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs), also known as water quality reports or drinking water quality reports, provide you with important information about the quality of your drinking water.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires every community water supplier to provide a CCR to its customers.

The Bond Madison Water Company Board of Directors voted at the
May 11, 2026 Board meeting to increase water usage rates.
The new rates will take effect on your July 1st billing
Minimum Monthly Payment (Access Charge) $30.00
First 25,000 gallons – $10.50 per 1000 gallons
25,000 – 50,000 gallons – $7.43 per 1000 gallons
50,000 – 100,000 gallons – $6.83 per 1000 gallons
Over 100,000 gallons – $6.29 per 1000 gallons
Billing Examples- 2000 gallons of usage = $51.00 monthly bill
5000 gallons of usage = $82.50 monthly bill
