The BMWC Board of Directors recently approved an increase of the Post Construction Tap-On Fee at the regular meeting. Due to higher costs of materials and labor, effective January 1, 2022 Water Tap On/Connection fee will be increasing for all new meter sets to $ 3500.00. Our fee has remained consistent since 2014. This increase won’t impact existing customers, only new customers wanting new water service.
